New Automatic Sewing Machines Installed in the Workshop

To upgrade production capacity and optimize product workmanship, our workshop has completed the installation and commissioning of new automatic sewing machines recently.
Traditional manual sewing relies heavily on workers’ experience and is prone to uneven stitching, slow output and high error rates. The newly equipped automatic sewing machines effectively solve these pain points. Featuring high precision, stable operation and fast stitching speed, the new equipment can realize standardized and unified sewing processing for all products.
After being put into formal use, the automatic sewing machines have greatly improved the workshop’s production efficiency, shortened the product processing cycle and reduced the rate of defective products caused by manual operation. It also reduces workers’ repetitive labor intensity and optimizes the overall production cost.
In the future, we will standardize the operation and daily maintenance management of the new equipment, give full play to the advantages of intelligent equipment, and continuously improve product quality and production efficiency to support stable order delivery.
