Company Backbones Participate in SME Management Training and Exchange Program

On the afternoon of September 1, Ms. Xu, an elite backbone of the company, was invited to participate in an exchange activity on on-site management and marketing methods for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). During the activity, the lecturer explained marketing theories for SMEs and used towel products as cases to vividly illustrate the issues that enterprises need to pay attention to in marketing. Secondly, in terms of production management of SMEs, the lecturer explained the "5S production management theory" and emphasized its importance for enterprise production management. After the course, responsible persons from different industries conducted exchanges to deepen mutual understanding between industries.
